Ingredients:
1 individual serving of plain Greek yogurt
6oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 ice cubes
1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin spice
Pour almond milk, and yogurt into a blender to mix. Add ice cubes and crush. Add protein, pumpkin and spices. Blend. Enjoy!
